Kimberly Hayes Pollard joined the Alliance in May 2005. Prior to joining the staff, she worked as a government relations specialist and program research assistant to the president and CEO of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association. Hayes graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Albany with a BS in political science.
