Julia Andrus joined the Alliance in April 2008. Previously, she worked as a legislative assistant, handling the education and Native American portfolios of a boutique lobbying firm. Andrus graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS in political science and is currently attending Johns Hopkins University for a MA in communications, with an emphasis in media and public relations.
