Since 2001, Public Education Network has been polling the American public on what they perceive to be their responsibility for assuring quality public education. These landmark polls have provided much information, including: what Americans value about public education; what voters want their public officials to do to raise achievement levels; what attributes the public want in candidates who say they are education candidates; and actions community members should take to support high quality public schools.
